Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

 

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or lacks parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or initial payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact the company issuing your credit card, because the official posting of your refund may take a little time.

Then, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only items at normal prices are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items damaged during transport. If you need to replace yours, send us an email at ateliertenirletemps@gmail.com and send your item to: 575, Rue Tex Lecor, Saint Jérôme, QC, J5L 0N1, Canada.

 

Dispatch

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 575, Rue Tex Lecor, Saint Jérôme, QC, J5L 0N1, Canada.

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item with a value of more than 75$, we recommend that you use a shipment tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
