Delivery policy

All items ordered are mailed within 48 to 72 working hours of receiving the order. No delivery costs. Items are delivered through Canada Post or other carriers. A delivery time of 2 to 7 days must be allowed for delivery to Canada, 7 to 10 days for the United States and 10 to 15 days for international.

For international shipments (USA), delivery times depend on the region concerned and if customs fees are applicable, they fall to the customer.

*** The delivery time may also vary depending on the time of the order. For example, if you order on December 25, it is possible that your package will be sent to you a few days later.
